Return
Since all goods are delivered to order, returns or exchanges are only possible in the following cases:
● production defects,
● non-conformity of goods with the agreed sample.
To initiate a return, please contact our manager within 2 business days after receiving the goods.
Return policy
● The product must not be damaged or cut.
● Returns will only be accepted after visual inspection and confirmation of the defect.
● Compensation or replacement will be provided by agreement.
